Presentations on the Future of Global Project Management

Global Project Managers from Japan gathered in a 2 day workshop to discuss the future of global project management. The three main areas that were worked on are Technology, Communication and Skills. The challenge is as Project Managers what are the ways we can improve at managing global projects. While there is not a silver bullet that we can recommend to answer this question. The teams feel that understanding your weaknesses, getting feedback from team members and education and training we can improve our perfromance of global project management.
