Communicate to Win

The Communicate to Win discussed the aspect of communicating with a team. Setting rules, having goals and building a team are necessary to allow the smooth passing of information among team members.

Global Social Project Management

The Global Social Management team talked about the steps or levels to create trust among global stakeholders. They used a metaphor that Team Members should strive to progress socially like a marriage. This means that communication between team members can flow freely without fear even if the news is bad.
